Here at Amelia Bond we pride ourselves on providing a friendly, professional and efficient service. We believe that the most important aspect of our job is to be effective listeners. This enables us to truly understand the needs of both clients and candidates and to meet (or hopefully exceed) your expectations. We are a small independently owned consultancy, one which has managed to survive and be successful by constantly providing what we say we will deliver. For our clients, that means we take a holistic approach to your recruitment needs. We identify, early on, a number of recruitment methods available within the timescales and then, together with you, draw up a service level agreement whereby you, the client, can have full control over what measures we are taking in order to provide the recruitment solution. This is all completed as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. For our candidates, we work in a similar way. It may be that you just need some market or salary information. Or you may be considering the market place for a very specific role and would like to be informed when such a role comes along. You may, however, have decided now is the right time to approach the market and want to actively look for a new position. Whichever the need, we can help. We understand our marketplace. We only deal directly with key decision makers and are constantly keeping up to date with changes. This enables us to be able to identify where strategic and opportunistic positions can overlap. |
